Vice President of RCM and AutomationKelsey, a driven leader, began her work with Medbill in 2011, and is now the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Automation. Kelsey sits on the board of PAMS and on the Medicare Jurisdiction C Council, including as the Respiratory A Team Leader for Jurisdiction C. She has abundant curiousity; continuously asking questions and searching for improvements. Her dedication for finding answers transfers seamlessly to her work, where she coordinates the communication among Medbill’s departments to ensure a successful and efficient Revenue Cycle for Medbill’s customers. She also works with the development team to create software solutions to resolve issues within the Revenue Cycle, including automating reporting and worklists for identified issues. When off the clock, she is likely to be found exploring nature with her family, delving into a good book, or picking up a quick knitting project.

When Kris isn’t focused on helping our team succeed, he nerds out on looking at weather data and making his own forecast. He also enjoys F3 fitness, weightlifting, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping — and doing it all with his family every chance he gets.

In her free time, Nancy is an active member of Philanthropic Education Organization, cooks and coordinates a frozen meal program for those in need, and has a distinct place in her heart for the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.
