With the release of the new round of Competitive Bidding, it is important for providers to stay up to date with the most recent changes to the bidding program. It is recommended to sign up for the CBIC Listserv to receive the current news releases and helpful up to date reminders for providers during this new bidding process.

The updates include the requirement for the provider to obtain a $50,000 surety bond for each competitive bid area the provider wishes to submit a bid.

Be sure to also ensure your PECOS certification, and CMS-855s form, is up to date.
