More than 20 years ago, while working at a national medical supply company, Medbill founder Keith Kuhn saw how challenging it was for DME providers to manage payer rules, documentation, shifting regulations, and time-consuming administrative work, all while caring for patients.
In response, Kuhn launched Medbill with a clear mission: to simplify and strengthen the billing process for DME businesses.

Since joining Medbill in 2016, he has overseen finance, HR, and day-to-day strategy, playing a key role in expanding the reach of both Medbill and TrueSight. Whether he’s fine-tuning internal systems or guiding high-level planning, Chris ensures every piece of the puzzle fits with precision and purpose.

Since joining Medbill in 2011, Kelsey Kansler has played a key role in advancing the company’s revenue cycle operations through continuous process improvement. A board member of PAMS and the Medicare Jurisdiction C Council—where she also serves as Respiratory A Team Leader—Kelsey stays deeply engaged in industry advocacy. Kansler is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), further strengthening her ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive results.
