The NCAMES Winter Meeting has been RESCHEDULED for EITHER Feb 10-11 or Feb. 11-12, 2014 at the Grandover Greensboro.

(more info later as NCAMES is working on re-booking speakers with the same agenda.)

Important Facts we know now:

Your NCAMES Meeting Registration will be automatically shifted to those dates and your space will be held.
There will be NO penalty by the hotel to cancel your overnight room. Your room will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled by 2pm today but you MUST CALL to REBOOK when we know the new dates. Do NOT call yet as the dates have NOT yet been finalized between NCAMES and the Grandover.
Though storms in NC can often fizzle, the board felt it necessary to make this call NOW so our members and speakers are NOT in harms way on the roads should they become treacherous in Greensboro, Raleigh or down east like the weather predicts and flights in and out can be affected as well.
