On February 1st, Dynamic Healthcare Services, Inc. (“DHS”) a portfolio company of GMH Ventures LLC (“GMH”) announced its new executive team to continue the growth and expansion of the DHS organization. The announcement comes after the recent DHS acquisitions of HomeTown Oxygen Pittsburgh, LLC (“HomeTown”). and Evanko Respiratory, Inc (“Evanko”), both regional distributors of home medical equipment in the Pennsylvania market.
Effective January 1, 2013, Mr. Terry Luft , Chief Executive Office of DHS, announced a senior management team consisting of Mr. Michael Conner as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. David Petrosky as Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Mary Kay Fehl as Vice President of Operations and Special Projects. As CEO, Mr. Luft will focus on new acquisitions and growth opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic DME/HME space. Mike Conner will manage day to day operations at all facilities, new acquisition integration and the sales department. Dave Petrosky will manage fiscal growth and cost analysis along with accounting and long term strategic planning. Mary Kay Fehl will expand her responsibilities to include special projects at all locations as well as transitioning newly acquired acquisitions into the DHS brand.

DHS was formed in 2000 as the parent company to Central Medical Equipment (Harrisburg) and East Suburban Medical Supply (Pittsburgh), which were originally incorporated in 1981. DHS has grown over the past decade to become a strong regional distributor and provider of home medical equipment, respiratory therapy products and services, and complex rehabilitation products and services in the western and central PA markets. After the recent acquisitions of HomeTown and Evanko, DHS increased its staff to over 100 employees with facilities throughout Pennsylvania.
